What we do

Kairne Capital is a Category II AIF investing across listed equity, private credit, and real estate. Our analysts work on live transactions from first look to final recommendation: reading filings closely, building and pressure-testing valuation models, and writing investment memos that present a view alongside the evidence that could prove it wrong. We are an investment firm that prides itself in finding the diamond in the haystack.

What we're looking for

We want people with a strong grounding in the financial statements, financial due diligence and valuation, who instinctively ask why a number looks the way it does. You should write clearly, hold your ground when challenged, and be willing to do the unglamorous work properly. We value the analysis that is correct over the one that is convenient. Progress toward credentials such as the CFA is welcome but not required.
